When Will Refunds Arrive?

Refunds will only start after the court gives final approval of the settlement.

Timing will vary depending on whether the refund is automatic or submitted via the claims process.

Exact payment dates have not yet been announced.

To ensure you receive your refund:

  • Check your email regularly for official communications from Amazon or the settlement administrator.

  • Verify that your Amazon account and contact information are up to date.

  • Beware of scams: Amazon or the court will never ask for sensitive personal information via unsolicited calls or texts.

This settlement is a major step in holding companies accountable for deceptive practices and provides an opportunity for eligible consumers to claim reimbursement.
